Date Fig Nut Rolls

Raw food is yummy....and I needed to use up some leftovers from my figgy bars.
2/3 cup dates
1/4 cup figs
1/3 cup almonds
1/4 cup walnuts
1.5 tbsp ground flaxseed
Process nuts in food processor into a course meal. Mix in ground flaxseeds. Add Dates and Figs, process until it forms a course meal.
Test the mixture to see if it sticks together. If it crumbles, add more Dates or Figs, if it's too moist, add more nuts. Once you get the mixture right, form dough into quarter size balls...eat and enjoy! These taste so good...I've eaten more than I should, but I don't care.
