1/4 cup quick oats
1 tbsp wheat germ
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 tbsp brown sugar
I just put all the ingredients into a ziploc baggie and put it in the freezer until I'm ready to eat it. (Freezer?? to keep the flaxseeds as fresh as possible) You cna also mix in anything else you like. Some things I've added is a teaspoon of cinnamon and handful of dried cranberries. Almonds and vanilla, or just some banana slices, it's practically limitless. When you're ready to eat just add boiling water to mix in a cup and enjoy! I eat oatmeal almost every day and this is a nice quick way to eat it.
