I was able to get a new camera over the weekend so you'll see the pictures are much better. Here's my food...in pictures!
Post run breakfast of a pear and some Bear Naked Triple Berry Granola
At work I had some Zen Green Tea and Shredded Spoonfuls
Then my apple...a golden delicious
My Morning cup of Oatmeal was yummy as usual.
Lunch was a Whole Wheat Pita with Yves Turkey Slices and Spinach, Baby Carrots, and some Blueberry Walnut Granola.

An orange
Purely O's are awesome
Dinner was some brown rice with kale seasoned with garlic and some fakin' bacon tempeh, acron squash with cinnamon, and a blackberry crisp
The blackberry crisp rocked. All I did was fill a small bowl (it's about 1/2 cup) with berries (frozen, from my grandpa's garden...I thawned them out first), mixed up a little oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg), sprinkled on top, popped into the toaster oven on 350 for a few minutes...it was so good!!
