Thursday was hair cut day, I love getting my hair cut.

With work being so crazy these days I have decided to just post the "big" meals of the day, I mean, really, who needs to see the large amount of snacking I do in a day.
Here's lunch, thai peanut baked tofu, snow peas, cabbage, brussels sprouts, and apple cinnamon o's.
Dinner of acorn squash (i heart acorn squash) w/ EB and cinnamon, with a gardenburger flame grilled burger on cabbage w/ tomatoes
Then I made bread pudding...and proceeded to eat 90% of it myself.
Recipe:
1 ripe banana
2 cups rice milk
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla extra
--mix above in food processor or blender until smooth
6 slices french bread, torn and placed in a baking dish
pour the liquid over the bread
heat oven to 350, stir bread until it's soaked up most of the milky banana mixture
Put in oven for 30 minutes.
Remove and sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar, return to oven for another 30 minutes
Cool and enjoy.
