I decided to make pumpkin bread...because I love all things pumpkin.
Recipe:
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp all spice
1/4 tsp nutmeg
pinch cloves
sift above together in a large bowl
1-15oz can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling, just plain old pumpkin)
1/2 cup maple agave (or maple syrup)
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp dark molasses
1 tbsp canola oil
add all the above to the dry. Stir to combined. I added in 1 cup chopped walnuts too, you'll just stir these in at the end. Grease up a loaf pan, fill it up, and Bake at 350 for 60 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out clean)
